Since each lash extension is attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with the natural growth cycle of each lash. We recommend a touch-up every two - three weeks.

The only time you definitely shouldn't expose your lash extensions to water is if you just got them. After that period, the adhesive used to apply your eyelash extensions is secure enough to allow you to get them wet, meaning you can swim in any type of water.

Apply lash wash or an oil-free makeup remover to a clean brush and gently wash in a downward motion over the eyelid and lash-line. Rinse with fresh water until all product is removed. NOTE: Never rub back and forth as this will be too abrasive on the lash extensions.

It is important to avoid crying as well as moisture during the cure period, but as soon as that period (12-24hours) is over, cry all you want. Lash extensions are water-resistant. It is very important to not cry during the process as crying can spread the glue/vapors causing irritation.
