• First time clients that have NEVER had lash extensions require an adhesive/tint test 24/48 hours before any booking is made, to arrange message me, available everyday except Sundays.

• First time client that has never had Brow Lamination treatment with Koo Caprice Beauty before is expected to have a product allergy test 48 hours before your appointment.

Unfortunately any reaction means no treatment.​

​

Please DO NOT book an appointment after 3 weeks of your last maintenance, this can result in you prematurely pulling out your natural lashes due to lack of adequate maintenance.

​

A full set needs to be booked after 3 weeks.

​​

When booking an infill appointment and you have less than 40% of lash extensions per eye, this will be charged as a full set.

​

• Please attend your appointment makeup free (eyes) I can't stress enough how much time this takes off your appointment if i have to remove before, also keeping your lashes clean will help with lash longevity and hygiene.

​

• A booking fee is required to secure appointment, this will be deducted from your total at the end of your treatment.

​​

• You have up to 48 hrs before your appointment to move your appointment around, any cancellations after the time period will forfeit your booking policy fee. Cancellations on the day will be expected to pay for missed appointments remaining balance before rebooking.

• When booking an infill appointment and you have less than 40% of lash extensions per eye, this will be charged as a full set.

• I DO NOT infill other lash technicians work, removals are offered at a charge.
